Mayshowa Helios: Power Forward

We are proud to announce the launch of our latest car battery, Mayshowa Helios on 8 January 2023. The name Mayshowa Helios is inspired by the radiant power of the sun. Mayshowa Helios was developed to provide drivers with reliable, consistent power. Car batteries can affect a car’s health. It can be distressing to have a car battery run out of power at inopportune moments. Thus Mayshowa Helios was specifically designed with advanced technological features to last longer and provide more consistent power to vehicles. Just as the sun gives the world the energy to move forward, Mayshowa Helios aims to power drivers journeys forward.

The car battery is manufactured by Mayshowa Group, a leading, trusted manufacturer of automotive products in the Southeast Asian region. It is made in Japan with the latest technology to give cars more power and a longer lifespan. In addition to this, all batteries manufactured by Mayshowa are primary charged locally in Malaysia. Charging is completed at a state of the art charging facility. This ensures that batteries are charged correctly before they are sold to drivers. The process also gives the batteries a longer life.

Batteries are the heart of a vehicle. Mayshowa Helios is designed to bring relentless performance to vehicles with its advanced features. There will be two types of batteries provided by Mayshowa Helios. The MF Standard batteries for standard cars is designed to have a longer life span, good charging acceptance and good cranking performance. This comes from the materials and the technology it uses. First, it optimises the usage of carbon as an active material. This enhances electricity flow and improves charging acceptance. Secondly, it utilises low resistance separator to reduce internal resistance within the battery and improve charging acceptance. Lastly, the special grid design within the car battery helps to control battery deterioration.

The MF Standard Batteries for idle stop start cars are specifically designed for idle stop start technology. Alternators only charge a battery when a car moves. This means that when a car stops, the charging stops. However, the battery will continue to power the car’s electrical components. This increases risk of depleting the battery’s power and damaging it in the long run. MF Standard Batteries for idle stop start cars have a fast recharge capability. It can recharge the battery quickly before the car stops. The batteries also use higher quality materials to ensure controlled deterioration. This contributes to a longer life span and ultimately better quality for the batteries.

Drivers can choose from a range of Mayshowa Helios batteries, each designed for a respective range of vehicles. All batteries are EMS and QMS certified. We are committed to sustainability. Our manufacturing process aims to prevent pollution, avoid defective products and reduce wastages. We are committed to the continued fulfilment of applicable Compliance Obligations. We actively promote the green procurement of raw materials and parts with low environmental impact. The scope of green procurement applies not only to semi-finished products such as modules and parts, but also to sub materials such as adhesive tapes and glues. We thoroughly prohibit the use of CFCs and CFC alternatives not only in the parts themselves, but also in the manufacturing process.
