Prevention of vapour lock phenomenon

It offers great dry and wet boiling points and high level of water tolerance and stability under high temperatures, which suppress the occurrence of vapour lock phenomenon due to moisture contamination even under severe braking conditions and sustain high boiling point for a long term.

It controls the corrosion of the metal parts, prevents the deterioration of the rubber parts and the oxidation of the fluid for keeping the safe operation of the brake system.
APPLICATION
  • It can be used in a wide range of brake and clutch application in passenger cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles, tractors, motorcycles where DOT 4 type of fluids are specified by the vehicle manufacturers.
  • It needs to be changed regularly as it absorbs the moisture that causes rust and corrosion in brake system. If the moisture dispersed throughout the system, the brake fluid boiling point will get lower, increases its viscosity.
RECOMMENDATION OF CHANGE INTERVAL Within 2 years or 25,000 – 30,000 KM.
CAUTION
  • Do not mix with other fluids such as silicone-based or mineral-based fluids.
  • This fluid may spoil paintwork. If spilt, wash off immediately with water. Store brake fluid only in its original container which should be kept clean and tightly closed to prevent absorption of moisture. Contamination with dirt, water, petroleum products or other materials may result in brake fluid failure or costly repairs.
